These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Clovk application ("the App") developed by Devorbit Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to:
Clovk may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions ("Pro" features). All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and remain the property of Devorbit Labs. The Clovk name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Devorbit Labs.
The App is designed to function fully offline. Time zone data, city databases, and solar calculations are bundled within the App. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that time zone data or solar calculations will be error-free at all times, particularly following government-enacted time zone changes.
The App uses Apple's iCloud service to sync your data across devices. This feature requires an active iCloud account. We are not responsible for any data loss or sync issues caused by iCloud service disruptions or your iCloud account configuration.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devorbit Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
