Devorbit Labs ("we", "us", or "our") built the Clovk app ("the App") as a premium application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Clovk is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal data:

• No personal accounts: We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as name, email, or phone number.
• No tracking identifiers: We do not collect IDFA, advertising identifiers, or any cross-app tracking data.
• Location data (optional): If you grant permission, we access your location solely to detect your current time zone. This data is processed on-device and is never transmitted to any server.
• Anonymous analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., which features are used most frequently) using Mixpanel. This data contains no personally identifiable information (PII).

2. Data Storage

All your data — favorite cities, groups, time alerts, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Core Data. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is synced across your Apple devices via Apple's CloudKit service using your private iCloud database. We have no access to your iCloud data.

3. No Backend Server

Clovk does not connect to any backend server operated by us. The App is fully offline-capable. All time zone calculations, city search, and sunrise/sunset computations are performed locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud (CloudKit): For syncing your data across devices. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes transaction data provided by Apple. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Mixpanel: For anonymous analytics. No PII is collected. See Mixpanel's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Clovk does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The App does not require any personal data to function.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to share.

7. Data Retention

All user data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud container. Deleting the App removes all local data. To remove iCloud data, you can manage it through your Apple ID settings.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is typically no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
